3. How it works – process
Our process generally follows these steps:
Choose your package
You pick a package (Starter, Growth or Scale) on our Website. You pay online via Whop. No calls and no long term retainers are required.Quick onboarding
You fill out a short form about your offer, audience and goals so we know exactly what you sell and to whom.We send tailored ideas
We research your niche and send you content ideas and hooks matched to your offer. You choose your favourites and can add your own notes, stories and examples.Scripts ready to record
We turn your chosen ideas into clear, punchy scripts plus a simple recording guide so you know exactly what to say on camera. You record once, we do the rest
You record one focused session with your phone and upload the footage. We handle editing and deliver premium short form videos ready to post.
Details of this process may vary slightly depending on your package and any specific arrangements made with you in writing.
4. Ordering process and contract formation
4.1 To order a Package, you:
choose a Package on our Website
click the "Get started" button, which redirects you to Whop
complete checkout and payment on Whop
complete the onboarding form we send after purchase.
4.2 The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is confirmed on Whop.
4.3 Whop acts as a platform and payment intermediary. Your payment data is processed by Whop and its payment processors according to their own terms and privacy policies.
4.4 You are responsible for providing accurate and up to date information during checkout and onboarding. If your details are incorrect or incomplete, it may delay delivery of the Services.
5. Delivery times and dependencies
5.1 Most clients receive their first finished videos within 5 to 10 business days of purchase, depending on the package and how quickly you send us your input. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.
5.2 As a guideline, the process typically looks like this:
within 1 to 3 business days after you complete the onboarding form, we research your niche and send you a list of tailored ideas
you pick your favourites and add your own notes, stories and examples using our templates
within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your notes, we turn them into optimised scripts and a short recording guide
once you record and upload your footage, we deliver your first edited videos within 2 to 5 business days
For the Starter package delivery is usually on the faster side of these ranges. For the Scale package delivery may take a bit longer because of the higher number of videos.
5.3 These timeframes depend heavily on how quickly you:
complete the onboarding form
choose your ideas
provide notes and examples
record and upload your footage
give feedback on drafts.
Delays on your side will extend the overall delivery time.
5.4 If you need a rush turnaround for a launch or campaign, you can mention it in the form. We will tell you what is realistically possible. Rush work may require a separate written agreement and additional fees.
5.5 We deliver finished videos as digital files ready to publish. Unless clearly stated in your Package, we do not guarantee posting on your accounts, scheduling, ad management or any other additional services.
6. Client responsibilities
To deliver good results, we need your active cooperation.
You agree to:
provide clear information about your niche, offer and ideal client
share links to your existing social media profiles
record and deliver video footage following our recording guide
answer our questions in a reasonable time
give feedback and approvals within the timelines we communicate.
If you do not provide the required information or materials, or you delay feedback, we may:
pause the project until we receive what we need
adjust delivery timelines
consider the project completed if there is no response for a prolonged period (for example 30 days) despite reminders.
You are responsible for:
having the necessary accounts and access on platforms like Instagram, TikTok or YouTube
complying with the terms of those platforms
reviewing content before publishing and making sure it complies with any applicable laws and regulations in your country.
7. Revisions
7.1 Each delivered video includes one round of revisions in the price, unless the Package description clearly states otherwise.
7.2 A revision round means a list of comments that you send at one time, based on the first version of the video. We will apply reasonable changes that fit within the original concept and script.
7.3 Revisions do not include:
complete rewrites of the script
changes that are outside the original brief
re-shooting footage
adding new clips, languages or formats that were not included in the Package.
7.4 Additional revisions or changes that go beyond the included scope may be billed separately according to our current rates, after we confirm the costs with you.
8. Prices, payments and taxes
8.1 Prices for Packages are shown on our Website and on the Whop checkout page. Prices may be displayed in USD or another currency.
8.2 We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout on Whop.
8.3 Payments are processed through Whop and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
8.4 Depending on your location and tax status, VAT or similar taxes may be added according to applicable law and Whop’s tax handling.
8.5 If your payment fails, is charged back or refunded by your bank or payment provider, we may suspend access to Services until the issue is resolved.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Because our Services are personalised and involve significant manual work, we have the following cancellation and refund rules.
9.1 You can request to cancel your order before we start working on it. In that case we may issue a refund, possibly minus any non recoverable fees charged by payment processors or platforms.
9.2 Once we have started working on your project (for example once we deliver ideas, scripts or first edits), refunds are generally not available. We will still complete the agreed scope of work for the period you paid for.
9.3 For any recurring or subscription based Packages managed through Whop, you can cancel future renewals in your Whop account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for periods already paid.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. However, our Services are primarily aimed at business clients.
10. Intellectual property and usage rights
10.1 You retain ownership of:
your personal brand, logo and trademarks
any footage you record and provide to us
any existing materials you give us access to.
10.2 After you have fully paid for a Package, we grant you a licence to use the final delivered videos and content for your own marketing and business purposes on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and similar.
10.3 Unless agreed otherwise in writing, this licence is:
non exclusive
worldwide
unlimited in time
limited to your own business and brand.
10.4 You are not allowed to resell our work as a template or product for other creators or agencies, unless we give you explicit written permission.
10.5 We retain all rights to our internal processes, templates, frameworks, animations and editing styles used to deliver the Services.
11. Portfolio and testimonials
We may use your project as an example in our portfolio, on our Website, social media or in presentations, including:
short clips of videos we edited
screenshots or thumbnails
anonymised results or performance metrics if you share them with us.
If you do not want us to show your content publicly, you can inform us in writing and we will respect that for future materials.
12. Disclaimer of guarantees
We do our best to create high quality content and strategy. However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as a particular number of views, followers, leads or sales.
Performance of content depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, your offer, your audience, your sales process and market conditions.
Our Website, planner, emails and any free materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
indirect, incidental or consequential damages
loss of profits, loss of opportunities or loss of data
any issues caused by third party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Whop, MailerLite or others.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the Package that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
14. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where relevant.
Details about how we collect, use and protect personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using our Website or purchasing a Package, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
